Referral privacy and consent
A live referral can occur only after the traveller sees the exact partner name and separately consents to a limited transfer.
Initial payload
Name and contact details, passport country, current location, broad purpose, intended dates, preferred language, structured routing flags and a traveller-authored message.
Excluded by default
Passport scans, police or health records, refusal documents and detailed sensitive narratives.
Engagement gate
A referral acceptance is not professional engagement. The partner must complete conflict, capacity and scope checks, then enter its own service agreement before a secure document handover.
No consent control is shown because no live partner has been approved or named. A generic consent cannot activate a transfer.
