- Open your application to review checkout or check whether payment has been confirmed.
- Government submission or decision
- Look for the recorded receipt, reference or decision notice. Payment or service review alone does not confirm submission or approval.

Check that you are using the original application email address. If you still need help, contact us with your application reference. Do not send passwords or full passport images by email.
