Terms for eVisa Immigration services, including the Australia clerical service perimeter.

Independent private service
eVisa Immigration is an independent private service operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o. We are not part of the Australian Government. The Australian Government does not charge a visa application fee for an eVisitor (subclass 651). Our fee is for optional private administrative services. We do not provide personalised Australian migration advice.
Service
Where activated, the 651 service structures information supplied by the applicant, performs mechanical completeness checks, presents the complete record for approval and supports manual administrative lodgement.
Nova does not select a visa, provide personalised migration advice, decide legal qualification, tell an applicant how to answer, select evidence or guarantee a decision or timing.
Applicant responsibility
The applicant remains responsible for truthful and complete answers, checking every field and giving final authority for the exact reviewed version.
Fees and government route
The government eVisitor subclass 651 application charge is AUD 0. Any Nova fee is a separate private service fee and will not be offered until commercial and tax approvals are recorded.
Activation status
The Australia service remains unavailable for live processing until external legal, privacy, tax, operational and partner activation conditions are recorded as complete.
