1. Parties and acceptance
These terms govern participation in the eVisa Immigration affiliate program operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o. They apply when an application is approved and the approved organisation or individual uses a referral link, portal or other program feature.
The affiliate must keep account and promotional information accurate. Program access is personal to the approved organisation and may not be transferred without written approval.
2. Commission
The standard commission is 20% of the eligible net Nova service fee for a qualifying referred transaction. The eligible base excludes government charges, VAT and other taxes, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, duplicates and self-referrals.
A click or order does not itself create a payable commission. The transaction must be linked to valid consented attribution, captured through a verified live payment event, pass the validation period and satisfy these terms.
3. Attribution
The program uses 365-day first-click attribution. An unexpired first attribution cannot be overwritten by a later affiliate click. Attribution may remain URL or session based before the visitor permits marketing storage. A persistent affiliate cookie is created only after marketing consent.
Attribution may be rejected where identifiers are invalid, consent is absent, a transaction is duplicated, the affiliate referred itself, or technical evidence does not reliably connect the transaction to an eligible referral.
4. Validation and reversals
Eligible captured payments enter a 30-day validation period. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, duplicate orders and order corrections can cancel or reduce a pending commission.
If a commission has already been released, Nova may offset the reversal against future balances or initiate a transfer reversal where the payment provider supports it. Adjustments are recorded in the commission ledger.
5. Payouts
Approved balances are reviewed for monthly payout in EUR once the approved balance reaches EUR 50. Smaller balances roll forward. Original transaction currency is retained, and conversion to EUR must use a provider-backed rate. A balance remains in review when a reliable conversion cannot be verified.
Payout requires a verified payment-recipient account with transfer capability. The payment provider collects identity and bank details. Nova does not ask affiliates to place bank details in the eVisa Immigration portal.
6. Promotion standards
Affiliates must describe eVisa Immigration as an independent private service and must not imply government ownership, endorsement, official status, guaranteed approval or special influence. Material claims must be accurate, current and supported.
The following are prohibited: cookie stuffing; forced or hidden clicks; spam; misleading government claims; deceptive redirects; brand-bidding abuse; self-referrals; fabricated reviews; unlawful incentives; undisclosed sub-affiliates; and promotion that infringes privacy, intellectual property, consumer or advertising law.
7. Disclosure and sub-affiliates
Affiliates must make the commercial relationship clear wherever a reasonable audience could be influenced by it. A disclosure must be prominent, understandable and close to the relevant recommendation.
Sub-affiliates require prior written approval and must be disclosed in the affiliate account. The approved affiliate remains responsible for their conduct.
8. Monitoring and records
Nova may review public promotions and request reasonable evidence of traffic sources, disclosures or campaign placement. Affiliate records must not include passport data, card data or unnecessary traveller information.
Portal and ledger records are the program's operational record. Immutable audit events record material staff decisions without storing raw IP addresses or user-agent strings.
9. Suspension and termination
Nova may suspend links, hold commissions or terminate participation for suspected fraud, deceptive promotion, material breach, legal risk or harm to travellers. Where appropriate, Nova will explain the reason and permit relevant evidence to be supplied.
Termination does not make invalid commissions payable. Eligible approved balances remain subject to validation, threshold, identity, transfer-capability and reversal rules.
10. Changes and contact
Nova may update these terms for legal, operational or program reasons. Material changes will be dated and communicated through the portal or registered email. Continued promotion after an effective update may require renewed acceptance.
