Exemption, existing visa or tourist visa?
Check your nationality, passport category, purpose and arrival date first. Qualifying ordinary Polish passport holders currently have a 30-day tourism exemption. A longer tourist visit may justify a tourist visa; a discretionary extension after arrival is an alternative to check, not a guarantee.
If an existing visa covers your trip, a new tourist visa may be unnecessary. Any applicable TDAC declaration remains separate. You may obtain either document through the official service without buying our assistance.
What needs confirming
The selected consulate must verify passport eligibility, residence and current-location evidence, supporting documents, government charges and payment arrangements. We must also complete customer review and attended fulfilment checks before accepting payment. No service fee or government fee is accepted here.

Warsaw: residence and application-location checks
Warsaw’s public guidance covers applicants residing in Poland or Ukraine. It asks for residence evidence and restricts where applicants may be located when applying. Our operational qualification for this jurisdiction remains incomplete.
