Passport requirements
Poland passport: travelling to Thailand
For qualifying tourism with an ordinary Polish passport, Thailand’s visa exemption allows up to 30 days for arrivals from 15 September 2026. Carry the required onward-travel and funds evidence. Admission and the authorised stay remain decisions of Thai immigration.
A TDAC is a separate arrival declaration. Polish travellers entering through Thai immigration by air, land or sea need it, including those entering with a visa or under the visa exemption. Airside transit without entry and crew arrivals are exempt.
For a planned 31–60-day tourist visit, check a tourist visa before travel. Alternatively, a visa-exempt visitor may request an extension after arrival; it is discretionary and must not be assumed. An existing visa may already cover your stay.
Visa-exempt land entries have a calendar-year limit. Emergency, official or other travel documents, work, study, uncertain dates and longer stays need their own checks. Nationality alone does not identify the consulate: residence and current application location matter. Warsaw’s eVisa guidance covers applicants residing in Poland or Ukraine and requires proof of residence.
Prepare a visa before travelling. File TDAC separately within its official three-day submission window, including arrival day. TDAC is free through Thai Immigration. Our optional private assistance has its own published service fee.
