Is the All Indonesia Arrival Card a visa?

No. It is an arrival declaration covering immigration, customs, health and quarantine. Check your visa or visa-free entry requirements separately.

Who can use this service?

This service supports foreign visitors with ordinary passports, including children. Indonesian citizens also use All Indonesia, but follow a separate official journey.

Can I prepare my arrival card before the filing window opens?

Yes. You can prepare and save your details early. Government submission must wait until the official form accepts your arrival date; early preparation does not mean early filing.

When can I submit the official declaration?

Official guidance describes completion from three days before arrival through arrival day. Check the arrival dates currently offered by the official portal before submitting. Do not change your arrival date to fit the form.

Can I include children and other travellers?

Yes. Add each traveller with their own passport details, health answers and appropriate authority. Our booking supports up to ten travellers; each person costs €60.

Do I still need the Bali tourist levy?

The Bali tourist levy and any visa requirements are separate from All Indonesia. Check whether they apply to your trip; they are not included in this service.

What if I already have an arrival QR code?

Keep the existing confirmation and check that it matches your passport and arrival. Use the official retrieval service or ask for help before starting a duplicate declaration.

What if my flight or health information changes?

Tell us before submission and review the affected answers. If your declaration is already submitted, check the official correction process before creating another one. Health and customs answers must remain truthful.

How much does the All Indonesia service cost?

Our optional assistance costs €60 per traveller, including children. Government All Indonesia registration is free. Visa fees, customs duties and tourism levies are not included.

eVisa Immigration is an independent private service. Check the supported route and payment arrangements before continuing. You can use the official service directly.
