Apply at least 14 days before travel

MYVisa asks applicants to apply at least 14 days before travelling to Malaysia. Allow time to prepare your documents before official submission. Paying our private fee or saving a draft does not start government processing.

Further documents can restart processing

Incomplete applications, document requests, interviews and exceptional technical events can extend the wait. After requested documents are uploaded, the official processing period starts again. Respond promptly to official requests.

Check your recorded next step

Your account separates payment, government submission and the decision. Check for the recorded government reference and outcome. Contact support with your application reference if travel is approaching or you need help with a request.

Government decisions remain with the authority

Our assistance does not change processing priority or guarantee approval. Travel requires the actual issued eVisa. You can also apply directly through MYVisa. Guidance checked on 4 October 2026.
