This Accessibility Statement applies to eVisa Immigration, available at https://evisa-immigration.com, and operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o..

1. Accessibility commitment

eVisa Immigration aims to provide a website and digital service that can be used by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom, high-contrast settings, and mobile devices.

Our accessibility goal is to align the website and key customer flows with WCAG 2.2 AA principles where reasonably achievable for the current service.

2. Last accessibility assessment

Last accessibility review date: 2026-07-03

Accessibility review method:

“Internal self-assessment of accessibility, including a review of the document’s content, structure, and basic WCAG 2.2 AA assumptions, as well as the identification of potential accessibility limitations. A full external accessibility audit has not yet been conducted.”

3. Accessibility approach

We aim to support:

  • Clear page structure and meaningful headings.
  • Descriptive page titles and link text.
  • Keyboard-friendly navigation where reasonably achievable.
  • Sufficient text contrast in core content areas.
  • Forms with labels, instructions, and error messaging.
  • Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile devices.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate.
  • Avoidance of unnecessary motion or visual distraction.
  • Plain-language explanations for important customer decisions.

4. Areas that may require ongoing improvement

Some parts of the service may depend on third-party providers, embedded payment flows, authentication providers, document-upload tools, app-store components, analytics or consent tools, browser settings, device settings, and customer-uploaded documents. These areas may not always behave consistently across all assistive technologies.

We continue to improve accessibility as the website, app, checkout, account area, and product flows evolve.

5. Contact for accessibility support

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of eVisa Immigration, contact:

support@evisa-immigration.com

Please include the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology used if relevant, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within up to 14 days.

6. Alternative support

Where a customer cannot use a particular website function, we may provide reasonable alternative support where technically and operationally possible, such as guidance by email, clarification of form fields, or assistance with identifying the information needed for an order.

7. Continuous improvement

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process. We may update this Statement as the website, mobile applications, design system, third-party tools, and customer flows change.
