3. Review and authorise
Check the completed answers and documents before authorising our team to act. For a child, an adult must have parent or guardian authority. Any correction requires a fresh review and authorisation.
4. Staff submit and pay
After paid status, complete information, clean documents, current review and your authorisation are confirmed, staff file through the official Saudi portal and pay the visa, digital-service and insurance charges. A payment or filing with an uncertain outcome is reconciled before another attempt.
5. Receive the official result
We record the government reference, payment evidence, insurance evidence and issued result. Check the issued document and its conditions before travel. The authority controls approval and admission.
