Use the passport you will travel with
Your passport must remain valid for at least six months after your planned arrival. Enter the names, nationality, number and expiry exactly as printed. This service supports ordinary citizen passports on the nationality route below; temporary, emergency, diplomatic and other special travel documents need separate review.

Provide a readable passport biodata page with every edge visible. The official photo specification calls for a 200 × 200 pixel image, 5–100 KB, taken within the last six months. Use a plain white background and a clear, centred view of your face and shoulders. Religious headwear must leave the face visible. Our team checks the image before filing.

Have your arrival and departure dates, accommodation or host address and contact details ready. Use an email address you can access. Staff confirm any outstanding portal questions and supporting information before asking you to authorise filing.
Children need an authorised adult
An adult aged 18 or over must arrange the application and have authority to act for the child. Each child has a separate application and €179 bundle. Provide the child’s own passport and photograph; our team checks parent or guardian authority and any additional evidence required for that case.

Confirm that the information is complete and accurate and that the visit is permitted. Tourism, events, visits to family or friends and permitted Umrah are covered by the tourist route. Hajj, employment and study require another route. Check seasonal pilgrimage and entry restrictions before travel.
