Tourist arrivals passing Korean immigration with a valid visitor visa or verified K-ETA exemption. Korean citizens, Residence Card holders and travellers using a valid K-ETA do not need this declaration; specialist exceptions need review.

K-ETA exemption and a valid K-ETA are different

A traveller exempt from obtaining K-ETA can still need the arrival card. Someone entering using a valid K-ETA is normally exempt. The official guide notes an exception for K-ETA holders entering with a visa; our initial service sends that case for review. Korean citizenship, residence cards, flight crew and applicable group exemptions also change the requirement.

eVisa Immigration is an independent private service. Our private preparation service is available for the supported routes. You can also use the official service directly.
