When can I prepare my TDAC?
You can gather passport and trip details before the official submission window. The government submission itself is within three days before arrival, including arrival day. Our paid early-preparation service is currently held until its filing checks are complete.
My flight or accommodation changed
Your declaration must match your arrival. Review changed details before submission. The official Update Arrival Card function can correct some fields; full name, passport number, nationality and date of birth require a new declaration if incorrect.
Check official correction guidance →Payment and government confirmation
A private-service payment receipt is separate from the government TDAC confirmation. The Thai Government charges no TDAC submission fee. Keep the downloaded confirmation and QR code available for arrival.
I cannot find the QR code
Check the email address used for the TDAC and any downloaded confirmation. The official FAQ advises contacting an immigration officer at the entry checkpoint if the QR code has not arrived.

Email your reference, the email address used for your application and a short explanation to support@evisa-immigration.com. Do not email passwords, card details or full passport images.
