Preparation and official submission are separate

The official TDAC accepts submissions within three days before arrival, including arrival day. You can prepare your information earlier. Start your preparation now, save your information and complete payment. After your review and authorisation, our team files within the permitted window.

Review your information

Review passport, itinerary and accommodation details, along with any declaration requested. Travel changes may require corrections before submission.

• Passport and personal details, including nationality, date of birth and occupation
• Arrival date, mode of travel and flight or vehicle details where applicable
• Travel purpose and accommodation address in Thailand
• Health declaration information requested for your nationality and recent travel
• An email address for receiving the TDAC confirmation
• Enter details in English and review every passport field; each traveller and each arrival needs its own TDAC

For an authorised service, our team must wait until the official window opens and confirm your information remains current. A held application is not yet submitted.

Keep the government confirmation

Keep the downloaded TDAC confirmation and QR code accessible for your arrival. A payment receipt or saved draft is not the government confirmation.
