1. Check your route and save your details
Choose the passport you will travel on, answer the eligibility questions and enter your identity, email and planned arrival date. Save and return when you need to.
2. Review the price and pay
Review our private fee and the separate government request/IVL charge before payment. Pay the private fee to begin preparation; official payment happens through the attended handoff.
3. Complete and authorise
Complete the service-specific questions and required uploads. Review every answer and authorise administrative assistance. Staff check the case and request missing official information.
4. Official payment and submission
Staff prepare the reviewed information and guide you through the official request and payment. Enter card details directly with Immigration New Zealand. The request is recorded as submitted only after its actual government receipt is available.
5. Receive the official outcome
Allow 72 hours for processing. The authority decides the request. We attach the actual outcome to your account; payment and submission do not guarantee approval.
