Allow 72 hours after the official request
Immigration New Zealand advises allowing 72 hours for an NZeTA request to be processed. Count from the official submission, not from saving your details or paying our private fee. Processing can vary, and the timeframe is not a guarantee of approval.
Read the official guidance →Preparation comes before government processing
Complete your answers, upload your facial photograph and review your details before authorising assistance. Our team checks for missing information and guides you through the official request and payment. You enter card details directly with Immigration New Zealand. Preparation and the attended payment step take place before the government records your request.
See each application step →Check what has been recorded
Your account separates our payment receipt, the government submission reference and the official NZeTA outcome. A saved draft or private-service receipt does not mean the NZeTA has been submitted. Look for the recorded government reference and decision notice.
Track your application →If you are waiting or your trip is approaching
Check your account and the email address used for the request. If the official request was submitted more than 72 hours ago, or you cannot find its submission reference, contact us with your application reference so we can check the recorded next step. Wait for the actual NZeTA decision before relying on it for travel.

Our assistance does not give your request priority or change the government’s decision. You can also request an NZeTA directly through the official service.
Open the official NZeTA service →eVisa Immigration is an independent private service. Our private preparation service is available for the supported routes. You can also use the official service directly.
