Official charges
The official website request costs NZD23 plus NZD100 IVL for the ordinary visitor route supported here. Our €20 private fee is separate. Government charges at €45 equivalent or above are paid directly to Immigration New Zealand through an attended customer-payment handoff.

How payment works
Pay our private fee in checkout. For the supported visitor route, the government request and IVL are payable separately when their combined charge is €45 equivalent or above. You enter your card details directly on the official payment page with staff guidance. We never ask you to send card credentials.
Changes and refunds
Government charges follow the authority’s refund rules and are generally non-refundable after filing. Our private fee follows our published refund policy. A payment receipt is not evidence of approval.
