Have these documents and details ready
Prepare the information for each traveller. Staff check the documents and request any missing official information before filing.
- Valid passport and personal details, including any other citizenships
- Recent compliant facial photograph, taken by another person for the website route
- Email, residence and planned travel details
- Answers to the official health and character questions; review your own declarations before authorising assistance
Your facial photograph
Use a recent, unaltered photo that clearly identifies you and meets INZ’s framing and background requirements. For the official website route, have another person take it. Staff review the photo before submission.
Plan your visit
Have evidence of onward travel and sufficient funds available for your journey. Allow 72 hours for the NZeTA request; this is not an approval guarantee. New Zealand’s Traveller Declaration is a separate arrival requirement.
